The Palm Beach Shores Co-op Apartments (PBSA) is our “slice of paradise” Built in 1957 it is a six-story modernist inspired building of 60 units with a variety of living spaces to suit different preferences and needs. From three bedroom units which comprise 2,364 square feet providing ample space, to comfortable and cozy 710 square foot units which provide a more intimate living experience. Steps from a beautiful white sand beach with expansive views of the Atlantic Ocean this is the epitome of the relaxed Florida lifestyle.
Residents of Palm Beach Shores Co-op Apartments enjoy a host of amenities that enhance the Florida experience. Our large, heated pool with shaded lounge chairs and tables provides a year-round gathering place where residents congregate and relax. The jewel of our property is the lush garden which forms a serene oasis for its residents to stroll in, relax and enjoy. Barbecue grills, shuffleboard courts, an outdoor shower and gated parking all add to the feeling of the luxury of Florida beach front living. An additional amenity is a furnished one-bedroom apartment which is available for resident’s guest and families to use for a
nominal charge.

A short stroll away, the Ocean Walk Mall and Sail Fish Marina offer a myriad of shopping and dining choices. PBSA looks over the Palm Beach Inlet and is a short walk to Phil Foster Park which is considered to be one of the best snorkeling and scuba sites in Florida. Phil Foster Park includes an 800-foot Artificial Reef and Snorkel Trail, kayaks and scuba and snorkling gear can be rented or purchased from nearby Outdoor Centers. John D. MacArthur state park is a short bike ride or drive away and boost miles of groomed trails, access to a beautiful mangrove bordered inlet for kayaking and an expansive white sand beach. For shorter commutes, the Rvb-x-town via the Blue Heron bus line service stops nearby and offers convenient local transportation in the West Palm Beach area.
